TOTAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Aviation Design Management is an organization that plans, organizes, directs, and controls the skills and resources available in order to achieve the customer's confidence and satisfaction.  Program Management is a service Aviation Design Management offers to instill the confidence that the customer has selected the correct method of comfortable, reliable, and safe transportation.

Aviation Design Management's program management team:

• Provides the customer with weekly scheduling and progress reports,

• Insures scheduling by employing critical path methodology,

• Controls all aspects of the completion or modification process,

• Directs and controls its personnel and sub-contractors to achieve the specifications and schedule set by the team and the customer, and

• Performs within the cost and budget analysis made by Aviation Design Management's cost and budget analyst expert.

The program management team insures safety and security of the customer, the mode of transportation, and compliance to customer specifications.  The program management team also instills a sense of quality as an integral value in the company and its sub-contractors, and insures that that sense of quality is designed and built into the customer's transportation.
